I read somewhere when I was first researching about Kimi ni Todoke that it had a live action movie but wasn't really all that interested about it because my experiences with live action versions of anime haven't been so good. To put it bluntly, all the live action adaptations of anime I've seen have sucked. Then I saw these trailers for the live action movie of Kimi ni Todoke and it completely made me want to watch it. They actually chose good-looking actors! The guy playing Kazehaya is so cute especially when he smiles! I just hope he can act. (The video contains three trailers. I like the third one the best.)
It came out September 25, 2010 in Japan. I wonder if the English subbed version is out yet.
Update 2/24/11: Just found out that the English subbed version will be released on March 11, 2011. I can't wait! :)
